1000cuci Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 1000cuci ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account or using any service provided by 1000cuci, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

The 1000cuci platform operates under international licensing and provides online gaming services including slots, live casino, sports betting and horse racing to eligible players in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the 1000cuci platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

This platform is only open to individuals aged 21 and above. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 1000cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate any account found not to meet this age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Area

1000cuci services are intended for users located in Malaysia. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that use of this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any court order restricting financial activity are not eligible to register.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 1000cuci. Holding more than one account, whether directly or through another individual, is prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and throughout the membership period must be accurate, current and complete. This includes full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and email details. Users are responsible for updating their information should any changes occur.

3.2 Identity Verification

1000cuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, a recent bank statement or other relevant supporting documents. Refusal to submit the requested documents may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and login information. 1000cuci will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1000cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), except for cryptocurrency transactions which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Payment Methods

1000cuci supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum accepted deposit amount is RM30 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount processed is RM50.

4.3 Processing Time

Deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes after confirmation. Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour. 1000cuci does not bear any third-party processing fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1000cuci are subject to specific terms and conditions. Acceptance of any bonus is considered agreement to those bonus terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. Before any withdrawal related to this bonus is permitted, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value must first be met.

Example calculation: A deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150, bringing the balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750. A deposit of RM600 will generate a bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM900. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

1000cuci members are eligible to join the VIP programme which consists of three tiers: Bronze with weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver with weekly cashback of up to 0.8%, and Gold with weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. Progress between tiers is determined based on a member's gaming activity.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering, use of multiple accounts or other methods that go against the spirit of the promotion will result in cancellation of the bonus and, where found to be extensive, account termination.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the 1000cuci platform are operated by licensed software providers using certified random number generators (RNG). Game fairness is audited regularly by independent third-party bodies.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical disruption, 1000cuci reserves the right to cancel the affected round and return the bet amount to the player.

6.2 Connection Disruptions

1000cuci is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before starting a gaming session, particularly for real-time games such as live casino.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1000cuci platform and will result in immediate action:

• Fraud, identity falsification or submission of false documents.
• Use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts at money laundering or any unlawful financial activity conducted through this platform.
• Owning or using more than one account at the same time.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or misuse of bonuses.
• Attempts to hack, modify or interfere with the platform's technical systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

The 1000cuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis and, to the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy of information or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

1000cuci will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses in gameplay, unrealised winnings or business disruption.

9. Responsible Gambling

1000cuci is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide various tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity.

9.1 Personal Limits

Players can set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through their account settings. We encourage all players to use these tools to ensure gambling remains a responsible leisure activity.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

10. Account Suspension and Termination

1000cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• There is activity suspected to be fraudulent or money laundering.
• The user is unable to verify their identity or age eligibility when requested.
• A request is made by the user themselves to close the account.

In cases of termination due to a violation, 1000cuci reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances or winnings associated with the disputed activity. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned once the investigation is complete.

11. Amendments to Terms

1000cuci reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 1000cuci platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance by the user of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes have the right to close their account before the effective date.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws specified under the international licensing of the 1000cuci platform. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this platform will first be addressed through good-faith discussion and negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the applicable rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
